Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated developers to support our Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) applications. This role focuses on bug fixing, enhancements, and administrative support across a wide range of ELM tools and modules.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide development support for bug fixes and enhancements across ELM modules.
  • Ensure 24x7 coverage for P1 & P2 incidents.
  • Handle P3 & P4 functional tickets during US EST business hours (8:00 AM 5:00 PM).
  • Deliver admin support during business hours, with on-call availability for critical incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.


Scope of Tools & Technologies:


ELM Modules: JTS, LDX, GC, DCC, CCM, AM, QM, RS, RELM, RM, LQE, RPEN, JAS

Backup Tools: DOORS Classic(IBM) , myAspire


Qualifications:


  • 46 years of experience in software development or application support.
  • Prior experience with ELM tools is highly desirable.
